United States Non-farm payrolls surge to 313,000 jobs in the month of February 2018 beating expectation by 113,000 news jobs.

  • The unemployment stay the same  at 4.1% for  month of February 2018, while the private nonfarm payrolls average hourly wages rose by $0.04 to $26.75.
  • According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics employment rose in various sectors of construction, retail trade professional and Business Service, manufacturing, finance, activities in mining.
  • Private Nonfarm Payrolls exceed expectation reported 235,000 for the month of February 2018,  NFP numbers also came in stellar for the month of February 2018,  adding a robust  313,000 new jobs to the American Economy. This has been the second consecutive month U.S. NFP exceeding expectations .
  • Nonfarm Payrolls measures the change in the number of people employed during the previous month, excluding the farming industry.  Job creation is the foremost indicator of consumer spending, which accounts for the majority of economic activity.
  • Additionally, according to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics …The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for December was revised up from +160,000 to +175,000, and the change for January was revised up from +200,000 to +239,000. With these revisions, employment gains in December and January combined
    were 54,000 more than previously reported.
